Every year, Cleveland Water produces a Water Quality Report for our customers. This report, also called a Consumer Confidence Report, details drinking water quality from the past year and includes other helpful information.

In 2021, as in previous years, the drinking water coming from each of our four water treatment plants met or surpassed all applicable federal and state standards.

  • One table with water quality data from all four plants, enabling easy comparisons (pg. 8-9)
  • Our Average Chemical Values table - helpful to home brewers and winemakers, fish aquarists, plumbers and HVAC installers, and food establishments (pg. 11)
  • A list of answers to the most frequently asked questions (pg. 15)
