Cleveland Water Presents 2023 Budget

On February 23, Cleveland Water presented its portion of Mayor Justin Bibb's 2023 estimated budget for the City of Cleveland. Director of Public Utilities Martin Keane and Cleveland Water Commissioner Alex Margevicius presented to Cleveland City Council an overview of the division, performance metrics, financial statistics, and a review of recently completed and upcoming projects.
Cleveland Water operates entirely on revenue from ratepayers rather than tax dollars. We continue to make safe, affordable drinking water a priority. The budget request reflects this by focusing on continued investment in capital improvements as well as investment in technology to improve service delivery and operational efficiencies.
