Cleveland STEP

Cleveland Water provides experiences and educational outreach to help students envision themselves in a STEM career field. Since 1994, Cleveland STEP (Student Technical Enrichment Program) has been giving students in 6th through 9th grade the opportunity to visit premier institutions, interact with professionals in the field, meet new friends, and work together performing exciting experiments that make science, technology, engineering, and math come alive. The Cleveland STEP experience encourages students to build toward a career in STEM by connecting them to educational institutions, businesses, and industry and community leaders. A few spots are still open for our 2018-2019 class. Please scroll down to the Future Cleveland STEP student section for application details.

Cleveland STEP classes explore the world of science, technology, engineering, and math through hands-on activities and experiments developed and led by STEM professionals. Click on a photo below to view a photo blog of previous class sessions.
