Virtual Public Meetings
Cleveland Water encourages customers and all interested parties to attend our virtual meetings to stay informed of upcoming infrastructure projects in your neighborhood. Virtual public meetings allow individuals to ask questions, address concerns, and provide valuable feedback. Meetings typically begin with a project overview by Cleveland Water staff, followed by a Q&A session.
How to Participate
Please note the following if participating in a virtual meeting:
- Meetings are hosted on WebEx or Microsoft Teams. You do not need to download WebEx or Microsoft Teams to access the meeting online. You will be able to view and participate through your web browser.
- You will be admitted to the meeting once it begins.
- All participants will be muted until after the presentation is completed.
- To speak during the meeting, either enable your device's microphone or call in using the number and code in the meeting link.
- If calling in to speak, please turn the computer volume down to avoid audio issues.
