If a building has been closed or unused for an extended period of time, flushing plumbing is an important step to ensure safe, quality water re-enters the building.

Our 2019 Water Quality Report is now available. This year, as in previous years, our drinking water met or surpassed all applicable federal and state standards. This report, also called a Consumer Confidence Report, details drinking water quality from the past year and includes other helpful information.

Cleveland Water presented its portion of the City of Cleveland's 2020 estimated budget. As reflected in the budget request, we continue to make safe, affordable drinking water a priority.

Cleveland Water has awarded over $7 million to 10 suburban service communities for 12 water main replacement projects. These awards are part of our Suburban Water Main Replacement Program and our $25 million annual investment in buried infrastructure.
