CAR DECAL:

On your scheduled appointment day, the Clear Reads installer will arrive in a vehicle displaying the Clear Reads and Cleveland Water logos. The Clear Reads vehicles and identification badges are white and display the Clear Reads and Cleveland Water logos.

UNIFORM:

All installers will wear easily identifiable uniforms. Installers will wear blue uniforms with a Clear Reads patch on the right side of the shirt.

BADGE:

All installers will have prominently displayed picture identification badges with their names and employee numbers. The badge will display the Clear Reads and Cleveland Water logos.

EMERGENCY CONTACT:

We encourage customers to ask for identification from anyone who comes to your door - “No Identification = No Entry”. Additionally, all installation activities are registered with your local police department and the Cleveland Water customer service and security units.

To report suspicious activity or to confirm if installers are working in your neighborhood, contact your local police department or call the Department of Public Utilities Police Department at 216-443-2426.
