Cleveland Water offers four different ways to make payments on an account, enabling our customers to choose the most convenient and flexible option. Easily pay your bill by phone, online, mail, or in person.
Pay by Phone
Make a payment 24/7 by calling our automated phone payment system at (216) 446-6834. Please have your service account and credit/debit card or bank account information ready when you call.
Pay by Mail
Make a payment by mail with a personal check or money order made payable to City of Cleveland. Write your account number on your check and mail it and your remittance slip in the envelope provided with your bill to: City of Cleveland Division of Water, P.O. Box 94540, Cleveland, Ohio 44101
Pay in Person
Make a payment in person by visiting our Customer Service Center, located at 1201 Lakeside Ave. in downtown Cleveland, from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Pay with cash, check, or credit/debit card. Remember to bring your entire bill when paying in person.
Make a fee-free payment online using a credit/debit card or bank account by setting up an account at my.clevelandwater.com. Signing up for Cleveland Water’s web portal offers a variety of benefits. You can easily view your account details, including your bill and payment history, sign up for paperless billing, track your water usage, and sign up for leak notifications. And never miss a due date by scheduling automatic recurring payments or signing up to receive payment reminder emails.
