On October 27, Cleveland Water’s home protection programs currently administered by Dominion Products and Services, Inc. will be transferred to HomeServe USA Repair Management Corp. The transition will be seamless to customers enrolled in these programs, who will continue to receive great customer service and access to prompt and reliable repair services with HomeServe.
Participating customers will not need to do anything in order to maintain their current services. Existing contracts will be transferred to HomeServe with no interruption to protection coverage and no need to provide any new payment information.
Customers can also rest assured that their benefits and limits of protection are unchanged and that they will continue to have peace of mind when there is a covered breakdown.
HomeServe was established in 2003 and is an industry leader in providing emergency home assistance programs, protecting over 3 million households across the United States and Canada. HomeServe’s culture of putting the customer first has earned an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.
Most customers don’t know that they are responsible for maintaining and repairing the water and sewer lines running from the curb to their home. Homeowner’s insurance normally doesn’t cover the cost of repairs to home utility lines, so if these lines break, you could face large, unexpected home repair bills.
That's why Cleveland Water partners with HomeServe to offer our customers affordable solutions to eliminate the high cost and stress of repairs to water lines, sewer lines, and home plumbing systems.
This transition only affects customers enrolled in our home protection programs; Cleveland Water will continue to provide the same safe, reliable utility services to your home with no changes or interruptions in water service or billing.
