Employees from the NASA Glenn Research Center visited Cleveland STEP students for this month’s class.
Students learned about NASA’s Ohio facilities including Glenn Research and Safety Center in Cleveland and Plum Brook Station in Sandusky. They participated in hands-on demonstrations that gave them a small taste of NASA’s work activities and resources.
Students also earned about NASA’s mission and careers – which span all fields from astronauts and accountants to engineers, procurement specialists, graphic & web designers and even seamstresses who design NASA space suits.
