If you currently have a large balance with CWD, and would like to
start a payment plan to avoid the potential disconnection of your
water service:

CWD requires a minimum of 50% of the total outstanding amount
owed on the account as a down payment to enter into a payment
plan agreement.

Arrangements to pay the remaining balance must be made in
accordance with CWD’s payment plan guidelines.

As a reminder, if your service is disconnected for non-payment,
