If you currently have a large balance with CWD, and would like to start a payment plan to avoid the potential disconnection of your water service:

  •    CWD requires a minimum of 50% of the total outstanding amount owed on the account as a down payment to enter into a payment plan agreement.

  •    Arrangements to pay the remaining balance must be made in accordance with CWD’s payment plan guidelines.

  •    For more information on payment plan options, or to enter into a payment plan agreement, please:

  •    Contact a customer service representative via telephone at 216.664.3130, or;

  •    Visit the customer service center at 1201 Lakeside Avenue, Cleveland, Ohio 44114.

  •     As a reminder, if your service is disconnected for non-payment, the entire balance due must be paid in full before service can be restored.
