Beginning July 1, 2012 Cleveland Water customers will notice a new look to their water bills. Some of the new and improved features on the bill include:

·         Easier to read! Paper size has been reduced from legal to letter size, which allows

                more space.

·         A pie chart has been added! This new feature provides an additional breakdown of

                what is included on your bill. By providing you both the dollar amount and

                     percentage spent on each charge, Cleveland Water is helping customers keep better

                     track of where their dollars are going.

·         A second page has been added!  All non-water charges will be shown on the
      second page (NEORSD and local).
